Based in Valencia and in professional practice since 2002, we work internationally on residential, hospitality, urban and heritage projects for public and private clients.
Who we are
The studio integrates conceptual design, technical criteria and territorial strategy. From Valencia, it works internationally on commercial, cultural and residential projects, providing architecture, urban planning and technical consultancy services for public and private clients.
The project does not respond to a predetermined style: it combines technical innovation with design excellence. Each commission is approached through continuity in the process and an intensive dialogue with client, consultants, contractors and end user.
Technical direction for architecture, urban planning and complex projects
Rubén Beltrán leads the studio integrating architecture, urban planning and technical coordination in complex projects. His work begins with an understanding of place, people and the real conditions that make each intervention possible: social context, feasibility, regulations, landscape, economy and execution.
Throughout his career, he has worked across different countries and scales, from residential, hospitality and cultural projects to masterplans, urban consultancy and territorial transformation processes. This international experience has consolidated an approach to design as a tool for organising diverse needs and turning them into clear, defensible and executable decisions.
An architect from the School of Architecture (ETSA) of the Universitat Politècnica de València, he also completed academic training at the École d’Architecture de Grenoble. His work integrates architectural design, planning, strategy, team coordination and technical support for public administrations and private developers.
Architects, engineers and technical collaborators
Architects and engineers form the core of the studio. Accumulated experience and a constant drive for improvement combine in a working team complemented by a network of technical and creative collaborators that brings judgement, dynamism and project-specific solutions.
The team works with the most advanced design tools and continually researches new processes to improve project development.
From concept to detail
Each place has unique characteristics. The studio's work implies a detailed study of problems and needs, applying criteria of sustainability, functionality and order to improve people's living conditions.
It is not only about creating the proper physical environment: urbanism and architecture are used as a tool to improve the environment and the quality of life of society.
