The equestrian world is deeply related to the American continent and inspired this project. With 10 storeys of buildable area in an affluent neighbourhood, the main challenge was meeting its profitability expectation.

The solution is a mixed-use building of high quality, keeping the independence of each functional use. The central idea is to create a public space that acts as an anchor to attract neighbours. This large plaza has dynamic and fluid character and serves as access to the commercial areas.

White represents residential use, glass identifies commercial and representative spaces, wood adds warmth and green wraps the whole in nature. Rotation parking is perfectly separated from private apartment parking.
