Pikolín Tenerife

The project is located in Tenerife, in an industrial area close to the sea. It consists of a rectangular industrial building, with one area for storage and another for offices, arranged over three floors. It seeks to create a quality space integrating the economic aspect.

Structurally, the building is resolved with prefabricated concrete and wood elements. It is intended that these structural elements order the space and form part of it, so its arrangement and finishes are taken care of.

The white materiality of the interior allows to create a greater sensation of illumination. The opening of skylights on the roof also contributes to generating that bright atmosphere. In addition, thanks to the use of wooden structural elements, warmth is brought to the space, creating an optimal work environment. Lighting is also integrated into the structure, following the order established by its elements.
