Mare Nostrum Residential

The project is located in front of Patacona beach, in Valencia. The plot is on the beachfront, with direct views of the sea.

It is a building with 24 apartments of different sizes, adapting to the user's needs and creating a composition of pieces ordered according to a module. The building has a flexible design: each inhabitant can choose the size and layout of the house.

The building has three residential levels plus a basement with parking and storage. A traditional Mediterranean concept — the patio — provides cross-ventilation and sea views. Living and dining areas face the sea; bedrooms face west with greater privacy. The structure and services are designed to allow the house to grow freely.
