Los Eucaliptos Urbanisation

Huancayo is located at an altitude of 3,250 m above sea level. The region's urban structure consists of a road axis running through the agricultural valley of Mantaro, with transversal roads articulating it.

The 87-hectare plot has great natural beauty due to the imposing rows of eucalyptus trees that contrast with the green and yellow tones of the grass. The strategy preserves the rural character: most of the trees are kept, and the phases and condominiums are adapted to existing parterres.

Streets connect organically with the parks, generating continuity of public space that brings green areas close to every house.
